Our services include contract time and determination of bids, Master Program Scheduling, Cost and Resource loading of CPM scheduling, Schedule Analysis, Cause and Effect evaluation of project changes, periodic updating of CPM schedules, look-ahead scheduling, and time impact analysis to prove a delay claims. 

Our Effective Scheduling Approach

At MARBH Consulting LLC, we will develop a CPM baseline schedule according to the best practice of the trade in collaboration with your Project Manager's job execution within the scope, with quality, on time, and within budget. We assist with tracking, reporting, and communicating progress. Highlights issues and concerns. To ensure the project team has the same commitment regarding tasks, dependencies, and deadlines. We are utilizing the following valuable methods of construction scheduling: 

  • As-planned schedule
  • As-built Monthly Progress Update
  • Float values Analysis
  • Comparison Schedule, analysis, and put in place mitigation actions to prevent project delays
  • And lastly, we can develop an Accelerated or Recovery Schedule.

How Do Our Services Can Assist You?

At MARBH Consulting LLC, we will help you in every aspect of your scheduling needs per the Authority's specifications.

  • Assist the project manager in forecasting and tracking construction progress from milestones.
  • Assist the project manager in evaluating critical path activity based on budgeted cost and labor resources.
  • Effectively provide project control tools to attain work efficiency by providing a look-ahead schedule, project longest path, and comparing the actual schedule and budget with a baseline schedule. We will track each subcontractor's performance in meeting the schedule.
  • Assist the project manager in allocating sub-contractor time usage and work sequence for timely progress and completion of scheduled tasks.
  • Assist the project manager in evaluating project change effects. To ensure the timely issuance of a Notice of Impact and the submission of time impact analysis based on the specification prescription time and deadline. 
  • In addition, assist the project manager in real-time tracking of materials and equipment approval, including mock-ups for smooth project execution on time. 

How Do We Begin and Complete Our Services?

At MARBH Consulting LLC, we will efficiently work diligently according to our client's demands by guiding and assisting you.

  • Email the link to the pertinent documents, such as contract drawings, specifications, project contract terms, agreement, and elaborated scope.
  • We will review the drawings and pertinent documents and provide the baseline questionnaires about the project, including our quote, estimated completion, and services agreement.
  • Upon our agreement locked in, we will begin working on your project from the preliminary 90-day schedule comprised of all required submittal dates, followed by a comprehensive draft of the baseline schedule for review, phone call, or in-person meeting to discuss any schedule adjustment before a complete baseline package submitted for Authority's review and approval.
  • Upon acceptance of the baseline schedule, every 5th day of each month, our consultant will send you working update sheets and checklists on the progress of works (current month), planned works (upcoming), and other field issues concerning progress delay for stakeholder management and Agencies reporting.
  • Bi-weekly or monthly meetings will be requested to resolve any issues with the agencies' and stakeholders' review and approval. Should mitigation or recovery be required, it will be provided as part of the monthly CPM schedule package.
  • In no time when an unexpected delay occurs, delay fragnet and time impact analysis (TIA) will be provided for the stakeholders' and agencies' review and approval.
  • Our consultant will assist your project managers from start to finish of the contract duration and close-out.

MARBH Consulting LLC mainly uses the most updated software to deliver our construction scheduling services, such as Oracle Primavera P6 and MS Project. We can sign in and navigate for scheduling uses at different platforms such as PROCORE, ASite, and Constructware. We can easily adapt to any web-based scheduling the third-party service provider provides for the stakeholders and clients. 

Our Experience

The consultant at MARBH Consulting LLC has decades of experience with different New York prime project teams and stakeholders to propose a baseline schedule in compliance with the scope of work, drawings, and specifications. With a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, 18 years of construction management experience offshore, and over 23 years in construction scheduling managing complex projects, with exceptional interpersonal communication skills and understanding of AEC drawings and specifications, with analytical skills to provide solutions at different levels and types of projects, and lastly, collaborated with the general contractor from the beginning to completion of the project for these agencies.
